Answer: The value of n is -2

Step-by-step explanation:

As we have the same base the sum of powers on both isdes will be equal Thus ,

=> ( n + 1 ) + 5 = 4

=> n + 6 = 4

=> n = 4 - 6

=> n = -2

Check for verification of answer ,

=> \sf{3^{n\:+\:1}\:\times\:3^5\:=\:3^4}

Substitute the value of n as - 2 ,

=> n + 1 + 5 = 4

=> -2 + 6 = 4

=> 4 = 4

=> LHS = RHS
