Carbon (IV) oxide is actually carbon dioxide.
So hereby, I list the properties of it:-
1. It turns blue litmus red
2. In low concentrations, it is colourless and in high concentrations, it has a sharp, acidic odour.
3. It is heavier than air, about 1.67 times denser than air at standard pressure and temperature
4. It turns lime water milky. Ca(OH)₂ + CO₂ -----> CaCO₃ + H₂O.
5. It has a linear molecular structure.
6. It is possible to form solid carbon dioxide at a temperature of -40°C
