Dear sir , We highly regret & apologize for the delay of your total consignment . As you noted that 9 carton containing 900 nos . Silk blankets received by you . Due to printing error in pin code of address by Back office remaining 3 carton misplaced & delayed . We already dispatched new consignment for remaining order 2 days ago with correct pin code as we already figured out our mistake . previous misplaced order's mailing no . is SNP2010201. pls track this if your in utmost urgent . So both stokes are on the way to you . who so ever received  1st . pls acknowledge us .
