3. Read this passage on Republic Day Celebrations.
The Constitution of India came into effect on 26th January 1950 and therefore,
day is celebrated as the Republic Day every year.
The Republic Day is celebrated throughout the
country with great enthusiasm and vigour. A grand
parade is held in New Delhi near the Rashtrapati
Bhavan, along the Rajpath, past the India Gate and
