it can be divided into two parts physical capital and working capital

physical capital are those capital which have 1 time investment in them and they would be benefiting us over a long period of time e.g tools ,machines etc

working capital are those capital which is needed periodically or regularly in the process of making outputs e.g raw materials and money in hand
