$6x - 3y = 10 \\ \\ 3xy = 10 \\ \\ xy = \frac{10}{3}$

$3x + 5y - 8 = 0 \\ \\ 3x + 5y = 0 + 8 \\ \\ 3x + 5y = 8 \\ \\ 8xy = 8 \\ \\ xy = \frac{8}{8} \\ \\ xy = 1$
