i can solve it algebrically.

x - 2y = 4.......(i)

x - y = 3.......(ii)

Subtracting eq (i) from (ii) , we get

( x - y ) - ( x - 2y) = 3 - 4

x - y - x + 2y = -1

2y - y = -1

y = -1

from eq (ii),

x - y = 3

x - ( -1) = 3

x + 1 = 3

x = 3 - 1

x = 2

HENCE, x = 2 and y = -1

common coordinate of this two equations are (2, -1)
