Given :-

The area of two rectangular field are equal

The length of first field is 24m

The area of first feild = 80m

Therefore , Area of second field = 80m

Breath of Second field = 12m

Solution :-

• Perimeter of first rectangular field = 2( L + B)

Put the required values in the formula ,

80m = 2( 24 + B)

80 = 48 + 2B

80 - 48 = 2B

32 = 2B

B = 32/2 = 16m

Therefore, The Breath of first feild is 16m

• Perimeter of second rectangular field = 2( L + B)

Breath of second rectangular field = 12m

Put the required values in the formula ,

80 = 2( L + 12)

80 = 2L + 24

80 - 24 = 2L

56 = 2L

L = 56/2

L = 28m

Therefore , The length of second feild is 28m
