v = u + at

0 = u + (-12)(4)

0 = u - 48

u = 48

s = ut + 1/2 at^2

s = 48(4) + 1/2 (-12)(4)^2

s = 192 + 1/2 (-12)(16)

s = 192 + 1/2 (-192)

s = 192 - 96

s = 96

Therefore the distance travelled is 96m.
