The difference between two positive integers is 36. The quotient when one integer is
divided by other is 4. Find the integers.
(Hint: If one number is “x', then the other number is 'x – 36')​

let the integers be x and x-36 or y

x-y = 36

according to the question

x/x-36 = 4

x= 4x -36

-3x = -36

x = 12

hence the no are 12 and 12 -36 = 24
