we know,that there are 29 days in February in leap year

this means there are 4 weeks and one day more i.e 7×4+1=29

in that 4 weeks ,it is fixed that there will be 4 Mondays.....

now,we have to focus only on that 1,day,which is not fixed and can be any of the day(Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday)

if that last day will be Monday then,there will be (4+1)5 days in one month of Feb

the probability of that day to be Monday= 1/7

so 1/7 will be the answer
