so,the SP of first Dealer

SP=(1-d/100)(1-d/100)*MP

SP=(1-15/100)(1-5/100)

SP=85/100* 95/100* x

SP=17/20* 19/20* x

SP=323/400x

Now SP of Second Dealer

SP=(1-d/100)*MP

SP=(1-20/100)*x

SP=80/100x

SP=4/5x

so,,SP of 1st Dealer >SP of 2nd dealer

so,2nd option is better.
