3.In uniform circular motion even the speed will be same but the direction for the body changes throughoutly that's why the body possesses velocity and we know that the rate of change of velocity respect to time is know as uniform acceleration so the motion will be know as uniformly accelerated motion.

10.Incorrect. Average velocity is zero because initial and final points are same after completion of one revolution. where as average speed is not zero because it will cover certain distance in one revolution.

In non-uniform circular motion, the magnitude of the angular velocity changes over time. The change in direction is accounted by radial acceleration (centripetal acceleration).
