Explanation:

F = (G×M×m)/r^2. G= universal gravitational constant 6.67408 × 10^-11 m^3 kg^-1 s^-2. M= mass of the earth i.e. 6×10^24 kg, m=mass of the object i.e. 20kg here. r = radius of earth + radius of the object. As radius of earth >>radius of the object, we can ignore its value and take r =radius of earth i.e. 6400km.

So, the gravitional force is 20×9.8 N = 196 N.

You can do the calculation by putting the values in the above mentioned equation.
