A number to be a perfect square should have even number of zeroes in the end

100 = 2 zeroes

hence , a perfect square

205000 = 3 zeroes

hence, not a perfect square

3610000 = 4 zeroes

hence, a perfect square

212300000 = 5 zeroes

hence, not a perfect square

NOTE - this is only applicable in numbers having zeroes in the end
