3. Why can't we directly use the raw cotton obtained from cotton bolls in hospitals or for other daily purposes?​

Answer:

Cotton fiber and wool is a natural fiber obtained from the fur of animals and plants. In raw form these fibers are not strong enough to make fabric. Further cotton wool is picked from cotton fields and it contains seeds and other particles in it.
