As the narrator knew what happened in the hospital. He knew all about their life that was full of struggle but then also they did not debiate from the right path. They went to meet their sister with the narrator and the narrator despite of opposition by the two boys to follow them he followed and got to know about their harsh and difficult life but this was not knewed by the two boys. The narrator was quite so that their dignity would not get hurt and Nicola and Jacopo were silent because they thought their secret has not been disclosed.
