first plant cell has a cell wall around it second of photosynthesis in plant cell has the chloroplast in IT 3rd a plant cell has a large vacuole in it difference between. animal cell and does not have a cell wall around it an animal cell does not have chloroplast for other plastids and Animal cell have usually no vacuole only some animal cells have small vacuoles
