Meaning- making big issues on a very small thing

Sentence- Don't worry, it is just a small injury, you don't have to make a mountain out of a molehill.

2. To throw mud at :-

Meaning- to publicly say false or bad things about someone in order to harm that person's reputation

Sentence- You always throw mud at me for nothing.
