3(x-3)+(x-1)/(x-1)(x-3)= 4/x-2

3x - 9 + x - 1/x^2-3x-x+3 = 4/x-2

4x -10/x^2-4x+3 = 4/x-2

(x-2)(4x - 10) = 4(x^2 - 4x + 3)

4x^2 - 10x - 8x + 20 = 4x^2 - 16x + 12

4x^2 - 4x^2 - 18x + 16x +20 -12= 0
