open the brackets first solve in a easy way.

LHS is simply 3 x square + 3 y square + 3 z square

For RHS use the formula of (a+b)whole square, for that consider x+y as "a" and then consider z as "b". Now use the formula i mentioned above (a+b) whole square.

Now in the RHS put x+y in place of "a" and put z in place of "b".
