              Hope this letter finds you well. I am Minu Roy and I am a principal of St, Claret Public school. Few days ago, there was a huge problem/issue of potholes and un-serviceable roads in the area where school is located.  That issue was addressed through your newspaper and now it is solved properly. Thank you so much for raising this issue. I am writing this letter to thank you for this favor. I really appreciate you for this act of kindness.
