F=m*g
g=M*G/R^2
g=100 * 6.673*10^-11/1.5*1.5=X
Similarly 400*6.673*10^-11/1.5*1.5=y
X<Y (mass of X is lesser)
Therefore it should be kept near 100 kg object.
