two objects having masses 100kg and 400kg are placed at a distance of 3m apart. Where should an object of mass 1kg be placed on the joining the centre of the two object so that the gravitational force on the 1kg object due to these object be zero​

Answer: near the 100kg object

Explanation:

F=m*g

g=M*G/R^2

g=100 * 6.673*10^-11/1.5*1.5=X

Similarly 400*6.673*10^-11/1.5*1.5=y

X<Y (mass of X is lesser)

Therefore it should be kept near 100 kg object.
