HELLO FRIEND.....YOUR ANSWER.
Average of ages of a and b = a+b/2 = 18
= a+b = 36
Now including c = a+b+c/3 = 22
= a+b+c = 66
Putting the value of a+b we get...
36 + c = 66
c = 66-36
c = 30
As we are talking about 3 years ago..
so now the age of C will be...
c=30+3= 33
Average of ages of a and b = a+b/2 = 18
= a+b = 36
Now including c = a+b+c/3 = 22
= a+b+c = 66
Putting the value of a+b we get...
36 + c = 66
c = 66-36
c = 30
As we are talking about 3 years ago..
so now the age of C will be...
c=30+3= 33
treasure12:
shouldn't the average of a b and c be (a + b + c) /3

Age problem
=================================☆
Let A , Band C's Present age is respectively x ,y and Z
then,
Before 3 years,
A's age = (x-3)
B's age = (y-3)
C's age = (z-3)
Average of A and B's age = 18
{(x-3)+(y-3)}/2 = 18
{x-3+y-3} = 36
{x+y -6} = 36
x + y = 36 + 6
x+ y = 42------(1)
When she joined them,
Average age of A , B and C = 22
{(x-3)+(y-3)+(z-3)}/3= 22
{x+y+z-3-3-3}= 66
x+y+z-9 = 66
x+y+z= 66+ 9
x+y+z= 75-------(2)
Now,by using the first equation in second equation,
(x+y)+z=75
(42) + z = 75
z = 75-42
z = 33
So,
C's age will be 33 years.
