GIVEN

Volume of methanol : 30 ml
Volume of the aq. solution : 200 ml
(which is actually 30 ml methanol + 170 ml water)

CALCULATION

We know, % of solute = (vol. of solute / vol. of solution) x 100

So, % of methanol = (30/200) x 100 = 15%

Thus, 15%. (ANSWER)
