Here is ur answer

Since we all know about factorial ! ..... we are going to implement here.

3! = 3 × 2 × 1

4! = 4 × 3 × 2 × 1

Then....you might 've got sum idea about !

Then now, coming back to ur qns

Since we have to use only 3 numbers with in the given numbers..... no repeating also....

Therefore,

  11 + 13 + 3! = 30

 24 + 3 × 2 = 30

 24 + 6 = 30

Hence,  the answer we got as 30...
