here in this case it is impossible but we can use the method of factorial.

factorial is represented as !

so we can find many ways to get answer but few of them are :
1. 3! + 1 +  3 + 13 + 7 = 30
2. 3! + 3! + 3! + 3! + 3! = 30.

factorial means :
suppose 3! to calculate the value of it we used follow this method :
( I am showing it with examples so that you can understand it )
3! = 1*2*3 = 6
4! = 1*2*3*4 = 24.
5! = 1*2*3*4*5 = 120.
