ANSWER:-

Given:

30th term of of an AP: 3,1/2, 2......is?

Solution:

Here,

⏺️First term,(a)= 3

⏺️common difference= 1/2-3= -5/2

⏺️n= 30

Therefore,

We know that, Arithmetic progression,(AP);

 =  >  {}^{a} n= a + (n - 1)d

 =  >  {}^{a} 30 = 3 + (30  - 1) \times   (- \frac{5}{2} ) \\  \\  =  > 3 + 29 \times  (-  \frac{5}{2} ) \\  \\   =  > 3 + ( -  \frac{145}{2} ) \ \\ \\  \  =  > 3 -  \frac{145}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{6 - 145}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  -  \frac{139}{2}

Hope it helps ☺️
