Sum of the digits is multiple of 9 then
the number is divisible by 9.
Here ,
31M5
Sum of the digits = 3 + 1 + M + 5
= 9 + M
If M = 0 or 9
Then the sum becomes 9 or 18. Both
numbers are multiples of 9
These values satisfies the divisibility
rule.
Therefore ,
3105 ot 3195 are multiples of 9
