 \sqrt{ \frac{ (\csc\alpha) {}^{2}  -  \cot{}^{2}  \alpha  }{ \sec {}^{2}  \alpha  - 1} }

 \sqrt{ \frac{1}{ \tan {}^{2}  \alpha } }

  = \cot( \alpha )

 \sqrt{ \csc {}^{2}  \alpha  - 1 }

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{16}{9}  - 1}

 \sqrt{ \frac{7}{9} }  =  \frac{ \sqrt{7} }{3}
