325 can be expressed as a product of its primes as 5^{2} \times 13

Solution:

Given that the number is 325. We need to express the number as product of its prime.

Let’s us first calculate the prime factorization of the given number

Calculating Prime factors of 325:

When we divide 325 by a prime number “2”, the result (325 ÷2=162.5) is not a whole number.

Let us try the next prime number “3”. On dividing 325 by 3 we get 108.33. Hence the result 108.33 is also not a whole number

Let us try the next prime number “5”. On dividing 325 by 5 we get factors as 5 and 65.

But 65 is not a prime number, so we need to go further. On dividing 65 by 13 we get factors 13 and 5

Now all the factors are prime numbers. Hence the answer is

325=5 \times 5 \times 13=5^{2} \times 13

Hence 325 can be expressed as a product of its primes as 5^{2} \times 13

Hence Option B is correct.
