Given :  a,b,c and d are the first four natural powers of 3

a²ˣ⁻⁹=c

To Find : Value of x

Solution:

a,b,c and d are the first four natural powers of 3

a = 3¹ = 3

b = 3² = 9

c = 3³ = 27

d = 3⁴ = 81

a²ˣ⁻⁹=c

=> 3²ˣ⁻⁹= 3³

Equate the power as bases are the same

Hence 2x - 9 = 3

=> 2x = 12

=> x = 6

Value of x is 6
