b. glucose and alcohol cannat dissosiate when it was added with water, so it's cannot conduct electricity

ans a, NaCl is neutral salt.

CuSO4 is acidic salt.

Na2CO3 is basic salt.

ans b, because it doesn't dissociate into ions.

OR

because baking soda is a base which is bitter in taste so to neutralize its effect we add tartaric acid.
