\Large{\underline{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{Question}}}}}

First:-

The circumference of a circle is 56 centimeter . calculate diameter of the circle .

Second:-

The circumference of a circle is 25.12 centimeter . calculate radius of the circle .

\Large{\underline{\underline{\mathfrak{\bf{Solution}}}}}

For first Question:-

Given:-

  • Circumference of circle = 56 cm

Find:-

  • Diameter of circle

Explanation:-

we know,

Circumference of circle = 2πr

  • where , π = 3.14
  • r = radius

➩ 56 = 2 × 3.14 × r

➩ r = 56 × /(2 × 3.14)

➩ r = 28/3.14

➩ r = 2800/314

➩ r = 8.92 cm

Hence:-

  • Diameter will be = 8.92 × 2 = 17.84 cm

For second Question:-

Given :-

  • Circumference of circle = 25.12 cm

Find:-

  • Radius of circle

Explanation:-

we know,

Circumference of circle = 2πr

➩ 25.12 = 2 × 3.14 × r

➩ r = 25.12/(2 × 3.14)

➩ r = 12.56/3.14

➩ r = 1256/314

➩ r = 3.99 cm

Hence:-

  • Radius of circle = 3.99 cm
