$i) If \: x = 0 \implies y = 1$

$ii) If \: x = -1 \implies y = 2$

$and \: x + 2y = 3$

$\implies 2y = 3-x$

$\implies y = \frac{3-x}{2} \: --(2)$

$iii) If \: x = 3 \implies y = 0$

$iv) If \: x = -1 \implies y = 2$
