LHS = 36abc (2a - 4) (3b + 9)

= 36abc (2a - 2x2) (3b + 3x3)

= 36abc x 2( a - 2 ) 3( b + 3)

= 36 abc x 2 x 3 ( a - 2 ) ( b + 3)

= 36 x 2 x 3 abc( a - 2 ) ( b + 3)

= 216 abc( a - 2 ) ( b + 3)

= 216 abc( b + 3)( a - 2 )

= RHS
