Here in this question concept of BODMAS is used. We are given an equation and we are asked to simplify it. We can solve this problem by using BODMAS rule. It is a rule used to remember the Correct operation of Mathematical expressions.

\pmb{\Large{\underline{\pmb{\textsf{$\diamond${\;BODMAS stands for...}}}}}}

• B=bracket

• O=off

• D=divide

• M=Multiply

• A=Addition

• S=Subtraction

Now let's solve the problem!!

Given equation:-

⇒ 5m÷5-3=55

First we will solve divide according to our rule.

⇒ (5m÷5)-3=55

⇒ m-3=55

Now add 3 on both sides of equation

⇒ (m-3)+3=(55)+3

⇒ m-3+3=55+3

⇒ m+0=58

⇒ m=58

So the required value of m is 58.
