B= 2nd car(Speed=50km/h)1 p.m

Distance travelled by 1st car till 1 p.m

=Speed×Time = 40×2=80km

Remaining distance = 110-80 = 30km

Now, Meeting time = Distance/Relative speed

= 30/50+40 = 30/90

=1/3×60

=20min

Total time = 2 hours 20min

So, at 1.20 p.m. both the cars will meet each other.
