 \frac{3a - 2}{3}   +  \frac{2a + 3}{2}  =  \frac{a + 7}{6}

 \frac{6a - 4 + 6a + 9}{6}  =  \frac{a + 7}{6}

12a + 5 = a + 7

12a - a = 7 - 5

11a = 2

a =  \frac{2}{11}
