3a - 2b - ab + a + b - ab + 3ab + b - a.

3a +a - a - 2b + b + b -ab - ab + 3ab.

{Here -a and +a will be cancelled}

{Here +b +b = +2b and +2b & -2b will be cancelled}

So answer is :-

3a + ab

a is the common :- a (3+b)
