 Given \: \frac{3m^{2}n^{3} - 2mn^{2} + 15mn}{3mn}

 = \frac{3m^{2}n^{3}}{3mn} - \frac{2mn^{2}}{3mn} + \frac{15mn}{3mn}

 = \frac{3mn \times mn^{2}}{3mn} - \frac{mn \times 2n}{3mn} + \frac{3mn\times 5}{3mn}

 = mn^{2} - \frac{2}{3} n + 5

Therefore.,

 \green { =mn^{2} - \frac{2}{3} n + 5}
