let the ratio of A,B,C be x,y,z respectively

sum of the salary = x+y+z= 72000

spending =80,85,75,present

20x:15y:25z = 4x:3y:5z=8:9:20

so, X=2; y=3; z=4

therefor,salery ratio =X:y:z= 2:3;4

now, salery of A = 72000*2/9

= 16000
