AS given

3 \sqrt{3} x {}^{2}   - 19x + 10 \sqrt{3}

3 \sqrt{3}  {x}^{2}  - 10x - 9x  +  10 \sqrt{3}

x(3 \sqrt{3} x - 10) -  \sqrt{3} (3 \sqrt{3} x  - 10)

(x -  \sqrt{3} )(3 \sqrt{3}x  - 10)

So value of x will be

x =  \sqrt{3}  \: and \: x  =  \frac{10}{3 \sqrt{3} }
