3x/2 - 5y/2 + 2 = 0
3x/2 - 5y/2 = - 2
(3x - 5y)/2 = - 2
3x - 5y = - 4 (equation 1)

x/3 + y/2 = 13/6
(2x + 3y)/6 = 13/6
2x + 3y = 13 (equation 2)

taking 1 and 2 as simultaneous equations
2(3x - 5y = - 4)
3(2x + 3y = 13)

6x - 10y = - 8
6x + 9y = 39

Subtracting equation 2 from 1
6x - 10y = - 8
- 6x - 9y = - 39

- 19y = - 47
y = 47/19

2x + 3(47/19) = 13
2x = 13 - 141/19
2x = (247 - 141)/19
2x = 106/19
x = 53/19

The value of x = 53/19
The value of y = 47/19

Hope this helps you.
