\frac{3x +  \frac{2}{7}  + 4(x + 1)}{ 5}  =  \frac{2}{3} (2x + 1)

 \frac{ \frac{3x}{1} +  \frac{2}{7}  + 4x  + 4  }{5}  =  \frac{2}{3}  \frac{(2x + 1)}{(1 + 1)}

 \frac{ \frac{5x}{8}  + 8x}{5}  =  \frac{(4x + 2)}{(3 + 3)}

 \frac{ \frac{5x}{8}  +  \frac{8x}{1} }{5}  =  \frac{6x}{6}

 \frac{  \frac{13 x {}^{2} }{9}  }{5} = 3x

5 = 3x \times  \frac{13 {x}^{2} }{9}

5 =  \frac{3x}{1}  \times  \frac{13 {x}^{2} }{9}

5 =  \frac{39 {x}^{3} }{9}

 \frac{5}{1}  \times   \frac{39 {x}^{3} }{9}

 \frac{195 {x}^{3} }{9}

 = 21.6666666667{x}^{3}
