Answer:

3x+2y=-11--------(1)

7x-4y=9----------(2)

multiply equation 1 by2

6x+4y= -22------(3)

add equation 2 and 3

7x-4y = 9

+ 6x+4y= -22

13x. = -13

x= -1

put in eqn 1.

3+2y= -11

2y = -8

y= -4
