x=( 18+2y)÷3
At y = 0

At y=-9
➙x= 18+2(-9)÷3

Now, we obtained coordinates (6,0)&(0,-9)
Now,plot the coordinates into the graph.
After plotting the coordinates into the graph we observe that graph formed after plotting the coordinates is in a straight line shows it is a linear graph.
