3x-2y=4___________(1)
6x+7y=19 __________(2)
equation(1) is multiplied by 6 and equation (2) is multiplied by 3 .

18x-12y= 24________(3)
18x+21y=57__________(4)

equation (3) and (4) are subtracted
18x-12y= 24
18x+21y=57
-. -. -
__________

0-33y= -33
y=-33/-33
y=1

the value of y is kept in equation (1)
3x-2y=4
3x-2(1)=4
3x-2=4
3x=4+2
3x=6
x=6/3
x=2
______________
[equation(1) is multiplied by 6 and equation (2) is multiplied by 3 . because we want to equal x]
______________

it's hopeful for you....
