Heya,
The given equation is a linear equation in 2 variables. There is no unique solution for this equation.For any value of x,there is a corresponding value of your and vice versa,like;
x=3,y=4/3
x=2,y=7/3,etc.
Hope this helps. . . .
Please mark it as the BRAINLIEST if it really helped.
Thanks.

Since it is a linear equation in two variables , it can have infinite number of solutions.
For eg ,
☆ Let x = 3,
3×3 + 3y = 13
= 9 + 3y = 13
3y = 13 -9 = 4
y = 4/3
Thus solution = (3,4/3)
☆Let x = 0.
3×0 + 3y = 13
= 0 + 3y = 13
y = 13/3
Solution = (0,13/3)
☆Let x = 1
3×1 + 3y = 13
=3 + 3y = 13
3y= 13-3 = 10
y = 10/3
Solution = (1,10/3)
Similiarly there are infinite number of solutions for the given equation
