Differential coefficient means derivative i.e another term for derivative.

So to find differential coefficient we have to differentiate the given equation.

Let's say

y=3x+44x+5y=3x+44x+5

Hence

dydx=(4x+5)(3)−(3x+4)(4)(4x+5)2…dydx=(4x+5)(3)−(3x+4)(4)(4x+5)2… applied quotient rule

dydx=(12x+15)−(12x+16)(4x+5)2dydx=(12x+15)−(12x+16)(4x+5)2

dydx=−1(4x+5)2dydx=−1(4x+5)2

Hence the differential coefficient is

dydx=−1(4x+5)2dydx=−1(4x+5)2
